What is PlanerProSave©?

PlanerProSave© is a paid model contract service with update guarantee as a flat rate. Delivery of the model contract – or several ordered model contracts – and their ongoing updating under the update guarantee is provided by e-mail. The General Terms and Conditions (terms for users) apply.

Why did we develop PlanerProSave©?

The model contracts represent a balanced contractual framework that takes the interests of all parties to the contract equally into account and should not unduly favour either party. The template can therefore serve as a basis for negotiation, but also as a checklist for reviewing and drafting contracts submitted by clients and then negotiated.

Together with the respective user guide, the templates provide assistance for this as well as for contract administration, with notes and suggestions on when something should be agreed or how it should be used (for example on documenting the respective planning results as a basis for subsequent services / on distinguishing agreed and billable additional services / on acceptance and liability / copyright / possible fee agreements, etc.). The templates and working aids can therefore be used not only "actively" but also "passively" as a control and orientation aid in and during contract negotiations and contract administration.

In addition, the AIC contract flat rate includes updates on current developments and new case law in architects' and engineers' law, intended to provide further support in day-to-day contract drafting and administration.

The update guarantee also ensures necessary revisions – see, for example, the judgment of 04.07.2019, Case C-377/17, of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on the minimum and maximum fee scales of the HOAI.
