AIC Fastlane: comprehensive project insurance in minutes. Following the successful launch of AIC cover for alliance contracts in Switzerland, the next milestone follows: a fully digital construction insurance solution for everyone involved in the build for project volumes between EUR 1.5 and 40 million in Germany and Austria.
The trinational specialist and experience exchange of NAX with partners from Germany, Austria and Switzerland focused on integrated project alliances (IPA) and their significance in public procurement. Michael Janke and Alexander Köhler of AIC International presented the insurers' perspective. They presented the insurance solution developed by AIC for project alliances in Switzerland, based on SIA leaflet 2065, which will ensure seamless cover from spring 2025; a comparable solution for Germany is in preparation.
As part of "NAX goes Switzerland", a delegation trip with a trinational colloquium on "Procurement Law 2.0" took place in Zurich. The venue included the premises of NAX partner AIC / AIC Swiss AG. International architects, engineers, specialist planners, representatives from the judiciary, administration and construction industry and other actors from the DACH region were invited for professional exchange.
