Whether commercial or residential construction project, new build or refurbished existing property – as a developer or general contractor you offer everything from a single source. As the first point of contact, you are responsible for a defect-free project. You are liable not only for services you perform yourself, but also for services you assign to subcontractors.

  • a subcontractor is already in liquidation.

You also remain responsible to your clients for planning / construction management errors (hidden defects) by commissioned architects / engineers or faulty planning / construction management you provide yourself.
